Are all accounts enabled for statements?
- All accounts are available for statements; however, the ability to receive CAMT files must be specifically requested. When you make this request, you will need to indicate whether you require CAMT files for specific accounts or for all accounts.
What happens when I add a new account?
- Please note that any new accounts created after CAMT statements have been enabled will not be included by default. To add a new account to your CAMT statements, you must contact your BCB customer success agent and request that the new account be enabled.
