Connectivity Requirements
To establish a secure connection, please provide the following information to your representative.
SSH Key An SSH key is required for authentication. We recommend using an ED25519 key for enhanced security, but RSA keys are also supported.
IP Whitelisting For secure access, you must provide a list of IP addresses to be whitelisted. The required format for each address is CIDR notation (e.g., x.x.x.x/x).
Connection Details Once the above information is received and processed, our team will set up the connection. You will then be provided with a URL and username to access your files.
